Health Insurance billing/Medical massage

Service Description

We are accept and bill auto and health insurance. We will happily check your policy to see if your insurance plan covers massage therapy and another treatment. If you are new to our office we need to verify your insurance coverage before your appointment. If we are not able to verify coverage we are ask that you pay the regular appointment cost. once we have verified your coverage we refund this amount minus any copays or deductibles.(Verification takes2-3days)

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. when you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents me from providing Services to other clients, the following are honored: 24-Hour Advance Notice is Required when cancellation an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charge the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next schedule appointment. If you have Credit on your account (per-paid sessions, gift certificates, Insurance claim, etc), the full amount of your session will be removed from your account.
